Foam rollers are usually used to relieve muscle tightness. Today coach @marimolano30 used it as an alternative for those who dont have gym equipments at home. Not only is it cheap but it is also very handy. To follow these easy workouts that you can do at home... Here is what we did:
Suitcase crunch do 3 sets of 10reps.
Russian twist do 3 sets of 10reps.
Squat to press do 3 sets of 10reps.
Working out is not just good for the body but it also clears the mind. 😉

I truly enjoyed and learned a lot from Gary Chapmans, The One Year Love Language Minute Devotional. I never heard about The 5 love languages not until I read his book and got familiar with it. It got me so inspired to get to know my husband more and his love language and at the same time I also found out my own love language. I decided one day to share my daily devotion on my social media accounts, I thought what a blessing it would be to be able to share this to others who are experiencing marital challenges. And, indeed it was a blessing to those who were able to relate to it. I was gifted once again with another great book... The 5 Love Languages of Children by Gary Chapman, but this time around he co-authored it with another best selling author, Ross Campbell. I cant wait to learn how else I can understand and love my children better. I'd do anything just to know how better else I can love them more by knowing their love language. That is why I'm sharing this to all of you. Anything thats good information is totally worth sharing! 💗
